Elizabeth Bennet and her family found their elder daughter to be engaged soon by the affluent, classic and so admirable men Mr. Charles Bingley. And their mother was so communicative with her neighbor about her daughter's precious luck by this. By that ball in Netherfield's, Elizabeth met Mr. Darcy, Bingleys most affectionate and closest friend, Elizabeth was denied by Mr. Darcy for the dance. Soon after the ball, Elizabeth found some astonishing and shocking whereabouts about Mr. Darcy by Mr. Wickham that Mr. Darcy was so proud and disagreeable men that he did injustice with Mr. Wickham at an age. After this, Elizabeth found herself a little fond of Mr. Darcy but finding him sometimes with this acquaintances by peoples, she slightly started to get herself away from all this. But after some days, Mr. Darcy showed love for Elizabeth and admired her but Elizabeth denied that proposal with so much vanity and angriness because she also reckoned that Mr. Darcy was trying to remove Mr. Bingley from her sister's love life too. But later when her youngest sister was saved from a great scandal, and the savior was Mr. Darcy, she instantly regretted her such behavior and thought if her vanity was gone too high than the actual countenance of her. Because she could never repay and as well her family, too, can't repay the great mercy and help of Mr. Darcy. Besides she found that she was so blind to Mr. Darcy to judge him by some sort of prejudices. And she regretted her words horribly.

When I started this book it was pretty good to me as I found the characters were so active and imaginative. But as the time was passed with the book, I found it some sort of boring and slow runner. The story hasn't so many thrills or shocking news. It was a very simple story to me because it was written too long ago. However, by the last 30 chapters, I found the book finally startling and astonishing me because the story now began to be folded. The story was helping me to imagine those 18th century's days and their talkings, clothes, scenes, etc. First time I read a book where wasn't any technology available but classics and richness. The last 30 chapters gave me a real feeling about this book. I loved mostly the character, of course, Mr. Darcy. I imagined him very polished and well behaved and marvelous at his talking. In some little cases, I didn't like Elizabeth. But my hate ness began with especially the character Lydia Bennet. Who did a vehement scandal for her selfishness? This book indeed contains a very beautiful happy ending. I loved the writing method of the author in the book. First time I've read a classic book and Jane Austen's too. So I loved her high speech wordy collection in this book. This book's affluence manifests by its words and speeches.

There's a movie on this book that was released in 2005. The movie is also beautiful but not as much as informative and astonishing as the book. I didn't like the movie at all because the movie hasn't at least 50 % of all the information in the book. The book, as usual, far away better and perfect than the movie. Some scenes are also formed against the book because the time range of the movie is limited. I wondered if I didn't read the book first and go watch it, I'm afraid I wouldn't understand many things at all. The movie missed a large number of pieces of information and even the essential scenes also, thus whoever watches the movie except for the book, can't have the delicacy of the book wholly, unfortunately.

Jane Austen is one of the well-known and widely-read English novelists of all times. Was born on December 16, 1775. Jane's fascination with words and with the world's stories, therefore, began quite early. In her adolescence, she started writing first with ๐ฟ๐‘œ๐‘ฃ๐‘’ ๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘ ๐น๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘’๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘ โ„Ž๐‘–๐‘ and second was ๐‘‡โ„Ž๐‘’ ๐ป๐‘–๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘œ๐‘Ÿ๐‘ฆ ๐‘œ๐‘“ ๐ธ๐‘›๐‘”๐‘™๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘. Around 1789, Jane became a professional writer. In 1797, Jane completed Pride And Prejudice. Her second most famous work is Sense and Sensibility. Jane died on July 18, 1817.

It was only after Austen's death that her identity was revealed to the public. Though her work had achieved a fair amount of fame, Austen's transformation into one of the greatest writers in English history began only after her death. And today, Austen's works have become important attention and part of popular culture.
